Villa Albertini
The “Villa Albertini” Residential Community is located in the historic center of the Municipality of Pozzolengo in a nineteenth-century building “Villa Albertini-Pancaldi”, an ancient residence located in the heart of the town which the Don Carlo Gnocchi Foundation received through a bequest and which was completely renovated thanks to an agreement with the local municipal administration.
The service is open to guided visits by the Facility Manager and/or the Coordinator, by telephone appointment.
The building is arranged on three floors and is the result of the renovation of an ancient villa also suitable for gathering and hosting other forms of social activities and services.
The internal structure includes:
- On the ground floor: room used as a living room, dining room, occupational and relaxation therapy, toilets, entrance with reception and bar service area, office.
- On the 1st floor: double bedrooms, gym.
- On the 2nd floor: double and single bedrooms, dressing rooms, dirty/clean storage area, warehouse.
- A large porch and an internal garden and a splendid terrace overlooking a park overlooking the medieval castle offer guests the opportunity to enjoy open spaces.
Organizational structure
Within the “Villa Albertini” Residential Community, the Facility Manager and Coordination operate in close collaboration. They, in compliance with individual skills, assume overall responsibility for the structure and provide the main directives for the social welfare organization.
The management is characterized as a reference both for the rules governing institutional relations and for the overall management of the Residential Community.
The Facility Manager and the Coordinator can be accessed by both guests and their families by appointment.
Each operator is easily recognizable as they are equipped with an identification card which shows, in addition to the company header, the photograph, name, date and place of birth, the professional qualification held and the date the relationship began.
