– Desenzano del Garda

Immersion

If diving is your forte, Lake Garda is for you: there are numerous points, along the entire coast, where you can dive and visit the bottom, alternating between rocky walls and sandy seabeds.

There are numerous species of fish that you can encounter throughout the year: you could find yourself in front of a bleak or swimming with a school of carp. But not only that: there are also freshwater shrimps and a rich underwater flora inhabiting it.
On the seabed, you will be able to find treasures from other times: Venetian galleys, remains of the long centuries of domination of the Serenissima Republic, or the warship, sighted during the latest campaign of studies and surveys carried out by the University of Parma.
You can make suggestive dives along vertical walls that reach a depth of 200 metres.

Small note!

The law requires scuba divers to signal themselves with a buoy equipped with a red flag with a white diagonal stripe, or, alternatively, with a red flag with a white diagonal stripe hoisted on the support vessel. The diver, with tanks or in freediving, must operate within a 50 METERS RADIUS of the signaling buoy or the nautical vessel on which said flag is hoisted.
