Solimago organic wine

The Solimago vineyards are cultivated only organically: they branch out on the Battaglia hill and, to the south, on a slope that slopes towards the Po Valley.
The grapes are then pressed in the centuries-old 16th century cellar, an immense vaulted environment where the town’s population found refuge during the tough battle of 1859.
This is how extremely elegant organic wines are born, processed according to vegan principles: Ombra di Solimago, a red made from Merlot grapes; the Sole di Solimago, a dry and aromatic white from Tocai grapes, the Friulian vine which has found an ideal environment in the geological and climatic niche among the stony moraine hills south of Lake Garda; the Bark di Solimago, a powerful red made from dried Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and left to mature for a long time in oak barriques; finally the Scintilla sparkling wine from Solimago.
