Church of Sant’Anna della Rocca
Built in the mid-1300s, the small church dedicated to Sant’Anna della Rocca was initially at the service of the small community that developed around the Castle and was called Santa Maria del Ponte.
In the 15th century it was decorated with a cross vault, then embellished with votive frescoes in 1500 and in the 17th century the room in front covered with a barrel vault was added. It houses a precious effigy of the Madonna with Child, painted on stone and with the Scaligeri coat of arms.
