Chisulin

Chisulin, a yeast-free bread of ancient Mantuan tradition, which was once cooked on the stove, with a little lard. In both sweet and savory versions, it is crunchy if eaten cold, soft if heated. It is eaten paired with cured meats and cheeses, but also filled with sweet creams.
