CAI 805 PATH
Esenta – Madonna della Scoperta

The path starts from the War Memorial in the hamlet of Esenta and continuing along via S.Marco and via Vallone, continues along the dirt road that leads towards Brodena on a route shared with path 803. Leaving the latter, where enters the reserve of the Agri-Turistic-Hunting Company “Il Laghetto”, leaves via Vallone and takes a dirt road that leads to the Slossaroli farmhouse, and then continues alongside the Concaverde shooting range until reaching the asphalt road that joins Esenta with the area of the King Multiplex. Follow the asphalt road for a short stretch and then take the dirt road again, alongside the SP567 highway up to the Fornaci Romane (Fornace dei Gorghi).
You then continue through the fields, passing next to the large field of organic products, you pass south of Mount Navicella (133 meters above sea level) and then take Via Montefalcone on the right until you intersect with Via Astore, chapel of the dead of the Astore , to then arrive at the border with the province of Mantua at a second chapel “The sanctuary of the Dead of Bronzino”.

From here a variant (805A) starts which leads to the nearby kiosk equipped with a charging station for electric bikes, and then following the MN5 cycle path you can get to Solferino.

Continuing instead towards Madonna della Scoperta, the road descends slightly into the valley of the Redone torrent and then goes up again to Passo dei Corvi. Leaving the La Quiete park on the left, take a path on the right that crosses hills and valleys, very wooded, until you reach the border with the municipality of Solferino, where the path crosses a series of old ruined farmhouses (Cascina Diorino) and then cross the asphalt road that leads to Solferino.
After leaving the “La Civetta” farm restaurant, continue and you will soon reach the village of Madonna della Scoperta.
