Archery

Archery is one of the oldest arts still practiced. Archery’s first appearance at the Olympic Games was in 1900 and appeared again in 1904, 1908, and 1920. Women participated in the 1904 Olympic Games, thus making archery the first sporting competition open to women.

In the Four Games it was possible for an archer to compete in numerous events and win several medals. Desenzano del Garda offers the possibility of practicing this discipline: grass competition field with 20 haystacks, night lighting, parking, toilets.
